A beautiful wine. Elegant. Richly aromatic. Golden yellow color. Citrus, lemon, lots of grassiness on the nose. Even better taste with medium to full mouth feel, creaminess, vibrant tartness, full of lemon curd tastes. Long, well balanced finish. Unquestionably Sauvignon Blanc with a fruitiness from California.

Hay yellow, lemon, lime nose, something herbaly. Full in the mouth with more acid, lychee, thicker mouth feel without vanilla or over oaked. Moderate finish length. Pairs beautifully with cod and veggies (leek, fennel among others) en papillote.

Zesty orange peel on the palate with melon on the nose. Light and fresh. An excellent pick for Spring and Summer.

An unexpextedly fresh and delighful sauv blanc for 2011.
Guava dominates nose and palate. Some neroli blossom and melon round out this classic profile.
Gotta love Chalk Hill.
Drink now.
