Pale straw color with very appealing lemon zest, passionfruit, white peach, lychee, white tea and petrichor aromas. On the palate, it's medium-bodied with vibrant, zesty acidity and white peach, mango, passionfruit, lemon drop flavors complicated with a nuanced white tea, lychee and mineral notes. Long finish.

Light yellow color. The aromas pop with white cherries, lemons, and white peaches, and a delightful Spring meadow of white and yellow flowers, dandelion, hints of wild leeks and basil. The palate shows creamy texture with lip-smacking acidity, a balanced feel with white peaches, limes, and guava. The palate shows a crystal-clear focus on notes of flint, chalk, plenty of minerals. Racy but deep and nuanced. A reliably focused and complex Sauv Blanc (and I want this on a by-the-glass list to go with oysters or other seafood starters).
