  Extremely high quality. Great density and ripeness to the fruit but doesn't come off heavy. With a steak it was phenomenal. Very aromatic nose as well. Think black currants and blackberries with some earthy graphite.

  PnP. Rich and hedonistic. Starts with a huge nose of blackberry, black currant, herbal, spice, charcoal, pencil shavings, tobacco and earth. Full-bodied, rich with blackberry, currant, earth, spice, herbal, tobacco flavors. Long smooth finish. Agree with my previous note that while this wine is VERY good, it still pales in comparison to the Materium and still seems disjointed.

  On the front end for sure, so maybe a decant. Beginning to come into itself. Rating based on potential but not far off now.
