Wine Night (DC's House): nice depth here. More blue fruit and plums. decent acidity. just not thrilling to drink.

After the Sandrone, this was leaner and tarter, not unexpectedly. I like this though.
I’m a fan of Roagna’s Dolcetto. They have an elegance to them and are solid wines at the dinner table. Ann liked it, too.
Reminds me of Beaujolais. Has some guts and tannins. Fruit here was more savory than sweet. Fairly light.
Not much nose but good acids, plum flavors. Dark vibrant color, earth tones on back palate.
