Grapefruit and grapefruit pith with hints of apple, pear, and verbena over subtle minerality and racy acidity. Medium finish of the same. Paired well with a spicy Latin-fusion dish. Not great QPR unless you love this style of wine.

Classics of Spain Tasting (Plum Market - Chicago IL): Walk around tasting, small glass. Light to start, then more dense and interesting from the middle through finish. Apple throughout with good weight and balance. Fun now.

No oak. Medium plus nose shows mineral tones, wet rock, limestone, lime zest, white flowers, lemon zest. Palate is fresh, delightful, tart citrus, mineral layers, medium plus acidity, medium body. Very nice QPR and style.
