Nice, restrained oak, for a California Pinot Noir. Fairly pale color, just medium acidity,medium- tannins, nose and palate show fresh red fruit, with cooked fruit, earth and a hint of pepper on the finish.

Dette er en virkelig generøs, deilig rødvin med fyldig frukt, mest i rødbærsretning, plomme, moreller og jordbær. Sødmefull i smaken og flere elementer av mørke bær, det gjør at den passer til mange typer mat. En vinstil som er veldig lett å matche med mat som også kan ha utfordrende elementer. Serveres litt avkjølt, rundt 16 grader. Passer også til: Bbq/grillmat, krydret/asiatisk/spicy, pizza / pasta, småvilt og fugl, storvilt, storfe, svinekjøtt, lyst kjøtt, ost, lam og sau.

Great Pinot that’s ready to drink now. I remember this being a bit acidic last year but after a year in the cellar it is very well balanced. Minimal decant needed. Floral on the nose, raspberry notes and medium acidity. Paired perfectly with a pork ravioli lasagna.

Had a bottle with dinner. Was a bit tart at the beginning, but after a few minutes, opened up, and was a good compliment to our meal. Nice wine for the price.

Drunk over two nights (sat in bottle after half was drunk for 48 hours). I had half a glass. Typical if undistinguished sonoma pinot. Picks up significant weight and body in the bottle over a couple days. Decent value under 20 dollars.
