A bit muted, chocolate and earth on the nose, some fruit. Definite veggie characteristics on the palate, green pepper, leather, still muted fruit. Good with lasagna.

I have tasted many Argiano wines in lifetime, but my first time tasting a Non Confunditur wine. The 2021 Non Confunditore is an excellent bottle of wine that needs some time. It is a blend of Cabernet and Sangiovese. It has just the right amount of everything, but requires lot's of patience.

Coravin by the glass. Black cherry, currant, cocoa, iron and earth. Medium to long finish. Medium to full bodied. A good QPR. Served with beef stew.
