Give it a couple of hours to open. Decent nose, with dark fruit, a touch of spice, some darkness (shoe polish?); a touch of tartness, dry, mild tannins, with good dark fruit, fading a bit into the midpalate and finish. Not bad for the price.

Pnp that was consistent across two hours open: simple, easy, etc. There's a bit of the Mediterranean scrub along with some red/dark red fruits, etc. Avg complexity/length/flavors. Not something I'll be looking for again in this particular vintage, though certainly nothing 'wrong' with it, either. 14,0% abv. Drink now. NR
Medium deep ruby color, the nose is very fruity and jammy with notes of licorice. The palate reveals a light body and freshness. Unfortunately not as nice as in the nose and very simple complexity. Finish medium long. Easy going wine for a good price.

Did not take proper notes...drank over two days and it was consistent. Muted nose of blackberries, cherries and earth. On the palate, indistinct berries along with sweet earth. Tannins are well integrated, holding structure, but unobtrusive. Finish is medium-length and expresses berries with hints of wood spice. A solidly made vino da tavola, but unexciting by any measure and unremarkable in general.

No formal note, a solid supertuscan for a good price, very good QPR here, goes well with food.
