Deep ruby color, this Petite Verdot blend has the nose of cherry, mushroom, and soil but it is somewhat muted. The palate is earthy and offers cherry, black currant, tobacco, bacon, vegetal notes, black pepper, and some bitter chocolate. The low/medium acidity and tannins give a firm structure and the finish is medium length. Overall, it is a very nice, everyday bordeaux with a good QPR and I especially recommend it for those who'd like to try a Petite Verdot dominant blend.

I liked it, but I agree with some of the other notes. It needs to be drank fairly quickly. You notice the change on finish first. While it wasn't bad, I won't be looking to add any to my cellar.

On Opening this delivers a beautiful nose of pure raspberries. With air more savoury notes come into play. The colour is dark and impenetrable. It is silky and has a pleasing finish. It does start to head downhill fairly quickly though. Drink up.

Nose of huckleberries. Bright fruit palate, short finish. Nice Thurs night wine

Some gamy, olive notes. Tannins still firm.
