WOTN at Taurasi delicious on the palate and some silkiness as this has settled down nicely over the years without losing it's exuberance As most orange wines go this would be a better pairing with artichokes and asparagus but went pretty darn well with the grilled octopus, burrata and bruschetta

I was expecting this to be over the hill, but it was great. Probably getting near the end of its life, but right now it is great. A deep copper color. A stony, coppery taste (is that just the color influencing me). But a different taste and still has good fruit underneath. For me it was asian pear, and a hit of apricot. Definitely different, but a wine that makes you think and a great wine on its own.

Slight orange color - like a sunset. White fruit (peach, apricot), oxidative, floral, nice sweetness, almonds, herbal elements, good acidity. Lingering finish. Complex finish. Really enjoyable.

This took a full day to fully get going, but once it did, it was strong burnt caramel, almond, sherry, yeat, leather, strawberry, chocolate, and candied fruits. Good mix of red and white flavor profiles. Long finish. I thought it was absolutely fantastic! I’d drink this every night if I could. There’s just so much life to this wine.
