Disgorgement date July 2022. Light body, pale straw colour, 11% abv. Intense garden fruits aroma following by refreshing palate of ripe apples, apricots and pears, a bit sweet acidity and dry finish. Intense but fast disappearing bubbles, albeit enjoyable, easy drinking and food friendly, well pairing to grilled salmon. Serve 10ºC - 12ºC. Drink now.

Light color with hint ot white gold. Nose offers pear and yeast. Hint of stainless steel. Nice bubbles. Good acidity and the unripe pear notes. Easy drinking sparkler.

Fruity, lots of pears, label says brut, but felt more like extra dry, slightly sugary is how I felt it, was after a good Rheingau sekt, and failed in comparison. But other than that is perfectly OK for drinking and for the style.

I pretty much agree with vizat's note from earlier in the month - onre point more however. A pretty good example of Valdobbiadene Superiore.

Vibrant bubbles, citrus, pear, crispy acidity with a sweet core, white floral notes, creamy finish with some minerals. Very good to the price.
