PnP that was enjoyable but given the hype I was quite frankly expecting a bit more. A very good bistro/house wine for my tastes, with a med(-)/medium body, good, fresh acidity and avg length. The sense of place was my favorite part of this experience. 14,5% abv. Drink now with a splash decant. recommended

Popped and poured. Lovely floral nose. The wine is light to medium bodied. Ripe red cherry, strawberry, herbs and spice. Round and delicious if relatively simple.

last bottle tasted ~ 3 years ago. Light red color. Musky, cherry cough drop, bing cherry, tart cherry and strawberry on nose. On palate, medium body, medium acidity, low tannins and long finish - palate consistent with nose and gained weight with air. An interesting wine. 91+/- with air.

Party at Wimborne. Drank in Grassl Cru. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of gravelly stones minerality, strawberries, elegant red cherries, gentle spice, emerging earth. Developing. On the palate, dry, juicy high acidity, high alcohol (14.5%), medium- tannins, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of sweet red cherries, strawberries, gravelly stony minerality, garrigue, licorice, lots of sweet gentle spice. Medium+ finish. Very good quality. Drinking in a good spot and should still develop a bit more over the next 2-3 years also.
