Tons of baking flour, nuts, lemon, apple, crumble and pear. All of this unbaked and therefore unlike myself. Awesome stuff and has five more years on it at least this bad boy is drinking young.

Bye Bye Browns (Cryin' Lyon's): Even more elegant than I remember. Citrus, green apple, toast, saline, and pear notes are deep and linger. Osetra won in the caviar match up. Lots of time.

Guys Night - Bordeaux vs Napa (Jason's House): Similar to previous notes. Pear stands out. Clean.
