Not as weird in years past. Some honey nuttiness on the nose, composed and well made notes Bill and I would agree. A touch of roasted pineapple component and then very savory acidity. Allot could be done with this in terms of food.

Lemon candy up front, moving quickly into a minerally, chalky, saline core before finishing with medium-plus acidity. Excellent with raw seafood.
