Wine Bros Australia Deep Dive (Orsay): I’ve never had this wine and actually didn’t realize De Bartolo did other sweet wines. Fun to get to try. This was quite a bit fresher and lighter and easier drinking than the Noble One. Both good wines, but very different styles (and given just the 3 year difference I suspect it wasn’t just an age thing).

Apricot and citrus as per the label. Rich sweetness is the initial impact, pretty well balanced on the finish. Really enjoyed this and tempted to score higher but think I had been seduced and was no longer objective, so left it.

As expected, honey and apricot. Lovely mouthfeel. Not overly sweet to my taste.
