One of my consistent favorite pinks. Acidity is tingle inducing. Extremely food friendly. Have had with raw oysters to pepperoni pizza. Great all on its own too as a pounder. Palate feel is almost effervescent.

Light salmon color. Aromas of pear almost like Chardonnay with a touch of citrus. Very light frize almost non-existent. Lemon with significant lime zest and a bit of the pith. Medium plus acidity. Perfect for pairing with grilled chicken and asparagus.

Usually one of my favorite rosés every year. This one is downright funky but in an unpleasant way. The green vegetal notes are overwhelming reeking and tasting of bell pepper and jalapeño pepper. The nice crisp mouth feel is completely obscured by the green notes. Doesn’t improve with air or after coming up to room temp. Just not good for my palate on 2 separate nights. Rarely do I ever do this, but down the drain it went. Will look for the ‘20 version.
