In 2006, Domaine Vincent Girardin borrowed some spearmint from Noel Ramonet and stirred it into their Chevalier-Montrachet. It had pure white peach aromas and flavours and was flinty with good precision and freshness. An excellent fresh and detailed 06.

Excellent for the vintage. Elegant, fresh and grippy. Beautiful nose with white flower, yellow fruit and honey. Moderate acidity. Enjoy now.

Energetic and fresh. No need to wait, brings all elements to the table now of a good white Burg.

La Confrerie des Chevaliers du Tastevin (Vancouver) - Summer Luncheon 2013 (Vancouver, BC): This is was very nice for an 06. Quite precise and energetic with solid acidity. Would never have guessed 06 if this was served blind. Excellent.

At Robouchon Macau - very good bottle. Lean, laser-focused, mineraly, like glacier water. Amazing. Complex, rich, but elegant and timeless.
