  Terrific. Still kicking. Rich, long finish. Sarsaparilla, nutmeg, dark fruits and a great example of the Westside Neighbors bottling.

  Great fruit and balanced tannins. IMO it has five or more years of very good drinking.

  vermillion slightly bricking. Medium bodied but light on its feet. Initial pop and pour shows balanced but not showy fruit, with notes of spice, sarsaparilla, mushroom earth, with smooth and subdued tannins. It fades to some acid, and to a rather long, 45 second+ finish. Very elegant and definitely ready to drink. Interesting example of the Westside Neighbors bottling, which is quite robust when young, but reveals fine balance as it ages.
