High typicity on the nose, mid red fruits, but also a hint of iron. Palate is fresh, mid red berries, fairly pronounced acidity, more so than tannins, contributing to a lighter style wine. Not without substance though, berries are complemented by some minerality, finish lingers for quite some time. Very enjoyable.

On the meaty side of the spectrum after a two-hour decant. Bacon fat, beef blood and a nice side of black pepper to keep things interesting. Think Lawry’s prime rib. End cut. Dark fruits and apricots emerge with some time in the glass. I’d wait a few more years on this one. Drink 2023 to 2033. Worth Seeking Out.

Velvety smooth blackberry and dark cherry grape juice. PnP some minerals still there. Some meat on the nose. Tastes like the color purple.
This is what one would call "a good red wine".

Balanced and ready to drink. Dark cherries up front with a long finish composed of licorice and leather.
