  • The nose here is very Chambolle and truly great with waves of red forest fruit, earth, underbrush, light spices and buckets of florals.
The color is glistering light ruby.
On the palate however this wine is a little bit thin and seemingly lacks the depth of material. The acids and fine grained albeit grippy tannins come to the forefront.
Since I am no expert on Burgundy I can not really say what the end result would be. All I can, is simply state that you need to open this one for the purpose of just smelling it or wait another 3-5 years or so.
