Pale ruby color. Pronounced aromas of cherries, baking spices (nutmeg) and cedar. Mild tannins, medium alcohol, medium to high acidity. Flavors of cherries, cranberries, baking spices, cedar and a bit of Burgundian earthiness / mushroom reminiscent of a red Burgundy. While possibly counterintuitive, this wine is “brighter” and lighter than most California Pinot noirs, yet still has that touch of earthiness of a Burgundy. Nice long finish too.

Pretty tight. Needs time. This has good structure and fruit. Crunchy raspberry some spice and good lift. On the mid palate.
