  Decanted for 30 mins. Smooth with spice and cherry fruit. Getting better and better after 2 hrs. Will be better in another 7-10 yrs.

  Ripe red fruits, spices, floral notes, and stems on the nose. Elegant and sensual. Fine and silky tannins coat the palate on the finish. The abundant and detailed fruit emerges in the end and asks you to return for another sip. This is really fine, but wait 4-6 years before you open a bottle.

  Tuesday Burgundy Cellar Visits - Mugneret-Gibourg, Dujac, Château de la Tour, and Fourrier (Cote d'Or): Tasting at the domaine. Also bright red, much more firm vs Beaux Monts, but also more substance and concentration. Lots of tannin here, but much more elegant than I ever expect from such young Malconsorts. Brilliant long, lingering finish.
