  I had hoped that further cellaring would give a more balanced wine, but the wood was even more dominant and this resulted in a very unpleasant experience. Also the fruits lacks freshness, being too ripe and stewed. A typical Parker-wine unfortunately. 5 or 10 years ago I would have appreciated this more than today.

  Very ripe fruit with exclusively intense brack fruit, very concentrated stuff, a lot of oak and sweet touches. A very modern wine, made to score high with Parker. Fortunately the acidity kicks in in the second part of the middle part, saving the experience, but not my style of wine.

  Robust and well-balanced Tempranillo; chewy tannins that should smooth out with more time in the cellar. Nice.

  Cheesy, dark fruit, sweetness in the mouth, but kept in check by the acidity, still too young, chocolat, after a while acidity becomes too assertive. Alcohol is still noticeable. 89+
