This was on fire. Nose was very clean/mineral-driven. Wet slate with a touch of chalk and brioche. A very fine mousse. On the palate lots of baked apple pie, more chalk and some extra-crisp acidity. Finish was long and pleasant. Has more life, but getting very close to peak. Drink or hold.

apple and pear notes, quenching, could use more complexity

Darker notes then previous bottles, and less effervescent. Better with 20 minutes in the glass, but these bottles are heading in the wrong direction.

Raid Len's Cellar #12: Lime, apple, musk and pear. Nice apple acid on the palate, plenty of drive. Medium length.
