Tawny ruby to beige edges. Medium nose of overripe red and black stone fruit, with a little old leather. The fruit on the palate is lighter and fresher, while accompanied by evidence of age, bramble and dirt. Refreshing, medium long finish.

Lovely juice. Bright, brambly fruit on the front with a savory, wild herbal, mineral finish. In a perfect window for drinking now and all is in balance.

Nice. This really is a lovely vintage, up there with 2004. This bottle showed a little closed. I think there may still be some tannin left to resolve, but all the elements are in place.

Great acidity and complexity on the nose, very light on its feet, will go on and improve for many years
