  Drank this last night with a Costco rotisserie chicken. Delicious Chablis. Crisp and bright with no sign of oxidation. I would say at or near peak drinking. Under screw cap.

  Golden yellow in color. Weak nose but with oaky character. Citrus and mineral. Medium bodied, smooth and easy drinking.

  A golden light colour, citrus and yellow apple aromoa, then became fatty and a hint of butter. Medium acidity and a you may found yellow apple and some mineral on palate, then some grapefruit bitterness at the end. A bit creamy on palate. Better to drink it at aound 7-8 degree C.
