  Pausing for the Cause Fundraiser and Dinner (Galit - Chicago IL): From 375 ml bottle. Sweet without anything cloying, this was easy to enjoy with its earthy peach melba notes.

  Popped at room temp. Odd walnut / light caramel color. Nose of walnut, light caramel. Medium sweetness on the palate. What a wonderful 100% Marsanne desert wine that very few even know exists.

  1996 M. CHAPOUTIER VIN de PAILLE BLANC HERMITAGE- 1 of 2,500 375ml bottles released; 100% Marsanne; such a great bring; the maple colour was reflected not only in the taste profile, but the texture; joining in was honeyed almond butter, coffee, caramel, butterscotch and marmalade; this is pretty intense, concentrated juice and a little sip did me just fine.

  Ambra tendente al mogano. Interessante contesa tra sensazioni saline di cappero ed acciuga, tarte tatin, iodio, pepe bianco, miele e propoli. Moderatamente dolce, chiude su sensazioni amarognole di miele di castagno. Più ossidativo del previsto
