Same bottle (2014 vintage) like last note. Even better with some bottle age this is starting to show its full potential. Creamy, crisp, candied lemons, excellent on the way up.

consider this base 2015, disgorged February 2022, if it suits you! savory, mineral, transparently flavored. Clarity and equilibration. Sharp raw edges govern glycerin. Salt; roasted root husk; nutty. Lemon. Green peppermint. Sour red lingonberry tannin.
Disgorged 02/21. Lemon-gold color. Saline on the nose, lemon, chalk and slight stone fruit. Crisp and fresh on the palate, with a long finish. Refreshing and fun, but not super complex. Quite good nonetheless.
