This wine is myth for the Greek standards. ruby red coloured with really strong tannins that opened more and more with time. Aromas of raspberry and blueberry. The oak is not present anymore and the wine has aged really nicely. Highly recomended!

(tasted in the shop) There is something strange going on with this wine. The color has faded and its almost brick-like. The same can be said about the nose . It feels like a 20 year old decayed wine rather than a 5 year old one. There are some things that bring back the memory of the wine that I tried only 7 months ago but that only makes it worst. I opened 2 bottles just to be sure. Will have to try another one but I have a bad feeling about it.

Oinorama Wine Fair 2010: (oinorama 2010) This is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Cabernet Franc that has spent 18 months in oak and 18 months in bottle. Strangely light red color. Nice nose of ripe fruits, with some pepper, leather and a hint of herbs, Round mouth, cherries, cinnamon, pepper. GIve it another 3-4 years.

Oinorama Wine Fair 2010: (oinorama 2010) This is a bled of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Cabernet Franc, it spent 18 months in oak and another 18 months in the bottle. Nice bright red color. Beautiful nose, ripe fruits, some spices in the back, a hint of leather and a tiny herbal note The tannins are beautifully made, it is quite round despite its age, sour cherry and plum, cinnamon and peppers. Give it 3-4 years more in the bottle and then definately another 10. Good
