  • I was thoroughly impressed by this blend of SHIRAZ (33 %), MERLOT (31 %), CABERNET SAUVIGNON (24 %), PETIT VERDOT (8 %) AND CHENIN BLANC (4 %). Dark ruby with notably viscosity and concentration. The nose and palate are very complex and intense, yet very well balanced. It has a lively acidity, presumably thanks to the Rhone-like shot of white wine. The alcohol is surprisingly unobtrusive, despite being listed as 15%. The tannins are medium (+) yet nicely polished. It is drinking beautifully now but is likely to remain in a great drinking window for the next year or two. I would definitely buy it again.

  • Amazing intense yet delicate wine. Tons of dark berries, chocolate, cedar, cigar box, cola, root vegetable, alcohol, along with lovely floral and graphite notes. Drank deliciously over three days. Cork was nearly all saturated so if you have any bottles I wouldn't wait too many years before enjoying this wonderful high value wine. Enjoy with pizza, pasta, bbq, or on its own with a couple friends.

  • Favourite amongst friends. Drinks well on its own or with cured meats and cheeses. Worth every penny. Rich flavours, strong finish. Easy on the palate.
