  Opened this forgotten bottle of cinsaut and after a few hours of decanting, I was pleasantly surprised. Not much on the nose: mainly a whiff of sweet blueberry. Despite its advanced age, it was rich in the mouth at first, though it had a short, thin finish. Blueberry dominated the flavor, too. Rating of 85 for being perfectly pleasant to drink 10 years after it should theoretically have peaked.
