Golden apple, toast, lemony citrus with a hint of tropical fruit. Nice acidity and minerality. Made in a rich style, this Sauvignon Blanc is medium to full bodied and pairs well with creamy dishes. It does not have any of the grassy or herbal profile that many French or NZ SBs exhibit. For when you don't want all the oak or heavyness of a Chardonnay but you want more complexity and interest than a Pinot Grigio. Ready to drink now, although it should do well for a couple of years at least.
