This time, the fruit is starting to show up, adding a welcome hint of sweetness to both nose and palate that wasn't able to shine through last time around. Still oaky in a buttery puckering sort of way. Medium finish with some resinous sweetness. My CT says I'm out of this, but I think there's still a bottle or two of this left. If so, I'll probably leave it another 12-24 months to see if it continues to improve.

  Vanilla, yeast and a bit of oak balanced with nice fruit and floral aromas on the nose. Nice round mouth feel, with citrus, pineapple and a little butter\oak on the palette. Drinking pretty well right now, but will hopefully cellar for a few years, too.
