  Dark garnet red. Full nose of plum and blueberry aromas. Excellent dark fruit flavors with a nice complement of tannins with a black pepper chaser. I notice a little sediment so decanted and allowed to breath for 1 hours. This wine would have been great with roasted meats or barbecue. Really enjoyed savoring this wine.

  Medium dark red. Engaging nose of dark fruit. Flavors of matching dark fruit with little presence of oak. Tannins were very fine and well balanced with acids. This has become a refined wine that can be paired with roasted meats and barbeque to rich cheeses and balsamic salads. Definitely open the bottle and let it breath for a hour.

  Excellent. Drinking nicely but no hurry...can go on for 2-3 more years easily.
