  This particular bottle was showing very well. Perfect cork. Medium plus intensity red color, with some very slight bricking at the edges. Clean, medium intensity aromas of red fruits, cassis, mint, cigar box, plum. Medium body, light tannin, medium acidity. Flavors matched aromas perfectly. Very nice wine that seems to be holding up very well. Hold remaining bottle until 2010/11.

  Cool climate Aussie Cab, with a strong scent and flavors of fresh mint. Add some cassis flavors and slightly elevated acidty to the mix. Tannins and oak are well integrated. Very nice.
