  • Bought at a wine shop in Lyon for 24 euros, drank the same day after it was chilled in the fridge for an hour, then let rise in temperature. I think I caught this humble wine at just the right time as it was stunning. It pours a medium straw gold yellow. The nose explodes from the glass with notes of pool toy, kerosene, honey, white flowers, wet hay, yellow jolly rancher, marmalade, wax, vaseline, terragon, lemon, and red apple. The palate is a pinch off dry with loads of malic acid keep this fresh and refreshing. the finish is medium plus in length. Awesome find!

  • Opened this from the fridge -- too cold -- and it opened with a closed nose and a honey-like sweetness on the palate followed by a flattening and then a sour closing taste that faded away. But as it opened and warmed the honey-like flavor persisted longer and the sour finish began to disappear. On the second day it was a transformed wine -- floral and fruit nose, long honey-like palate with all traces of sour finish disappeared. Good structure and well crafted. Loved it.

  • Nice minerality with apple and apricot with length.
