With all the moving that I have done over the years, the storage of this wine was not very good. I could almost taste all the potential that I had been hoping for but it just wasn't there. I went at least 1 year too long in holding it in sub-optimal conditions.

stored upside down in my cellar; quite a bit of sediment on cork and neck; this has lost its lush fruit but still has sl drier mixed berry and ample acidity. more mundane than when last tasted, though tasting well on day 2.

Must be opened to breathe for at least an hour. Tried to drink it directly after opening and it was very tanic tasting. Had it with chicken, gravy, bread and green beans. Should have had a less over powering white wine but wanted a red. After being in the glass for approximately an hour it mellowed well. Still had a sharp tanic after taste but with some sharp cheese and crackers it would be perfect.

Drank at Lynn and Yousef's with porterhouse steak. Very tasty. Everyone enjoyed. Moderate body and tannin.
