  Siste kveld med gjengen før to hvite uker og til alt overmål bryllupsdag. Blir markert med hummerbisque og denne deilige:
  Leclerc Briant Les Chèvres Pierreuses 1.cru Cumières som er 40% av både pinot noir & chardonnay og 20% meunier, høstet 2009, degorgert 02/16 med 4g/l.
  Lys gyllen, ren og klar på farve. Aromaer som spenner fra søt gjærbakst, lime, mandarin, epler og bringebær til hint av både marsipan og svisker. Mineralsk med flott konsentrasjon og dybde, lang utgang og finboblet, delikat mousse.
  En utrolig kompleks og elegant vin av typen man bare vil sitte å fin-myse til. Flott utviklet og på en fin plass i livet. Fantastisk qpr men dessverre ikke lenge tilgjengelig på polet.
