Actually pretty good, far better than a expected. A hint of Dao harshness to balance the good fruit and notes of evolution. Well balanced and pleasant.

This is my 5th bottle ... Number 2 thru 4 has a lot of bottle variation and were a fair bit different from my first ..... Hmm ... This is getting back to what I thought of the first bottle ... Have 6 more to test

Sweet red and blue fruits, chocolate, and creme brulee on the nose. Vanilla, blackberry and boysenberry on the mid palate. Well integrated oak. Nice grippy but yet soft tannins. Almost 91. 90+

Interesting wine. Has some of the wildness and tanning strength of the Dao, but surprisingly advanced in its profile of dark BlackBerry fruit.
