  • P&P. Nose of spice, earth, bramble jelly and moist rape fields, sweating in the sun. Colour clear, dark pink. Mouth of spice, tea, roses, very pinot and sweet fruited with medium weight. Extremely complex meaty, earthy secondary flavours with great perfume on the exhale. This surprised with its depth and power. So good I drained the dregs which gave the last glass a great spicy and licorice kick. Bottle lasted about 45 mins so no chance to chack evolution. A brilliant surprise with its finesse and power.
