  Dobbeltdekantert. Gul farge. Duft av lime, fersk epleskrell, hvite blomster og våt stein. Konsentrert munnfølelse med balansert forhold mellom syre og sødme. Pen modning nå, ytterst delikat og lettdrukket med 7,5 % abv. God lengde. Perfekt til diverse myke oster med moderat styrke.

  Very accurate note from BROOKLYNGUY. Much more restrained than one might expect from Willi Schaefer. Loads of sugar, but in the background. Palate of tropical fruit, citrus, herbs, sweetness, and loads of minerality. Still very youthful; spritzer on open. Very nice.
