  Interesting wine. Cork was in good shape. Grassy nose with a touch of mold and also spice. Ei thought "turned" but I did not agree. A touch of oxidization but nothing off-putting. Still plenty of acidity. Green apple predominant. Fairly complex but the flavors did not come together in a way that was really enjoyable. Update: after several days re-corked in the fridge the taste was a mix of sour apple and oxidation. Unpleasant and barely drinkable. Need to try a reasonably aged bottle for an honest assessment.
