Pale lemon with greenish hues. The nose is clean, with tart green apple, lemon, lime zest and wet stones. The palate is very dry, with medium (+) to pronounced acidity. The alcohol is medium (-) and appears to be on the lower end of the listed range of 11-14%. The palate is consistent with the nose, with vibrant, palate-cleansing citrus and minerality. It is drinking well now and is likely to be fine through at least 2017. It pairs nicely with anything that you would squeeze a lemon on, such oysters on the half shell, fried calamari or rich, creamy or fatty fish dishes. A really nice Sancerre.

Really nice citrus notes on the nose. Hint of sweetness alongside some hay/straw notes. Lemon and some bright acidity make this a really outstanding wine. Worth checking out.

Tasty and classic Sancerre, lime zest, minerality, verbena, jasmine. Palate is crisp and tasty with nice acidity, great citrus flavors and a nice finish.

No notes taken. A very racy Sancerre, with almost tart acidity, ultra-dry, loads of lime, lemon and mineral. Cutting and focussed finish. Needs fingerfood.
