Lovely yellow. Intense winey taste on the palate - must be primarily Pinot Noir. Yeasty and rich but with enough acid (and bubbles!) to carry it. Drinking beautifully at age 14.

In a very good spot. Fuller bodied with medium, fresh acids. Showing it's age with mature bready and caramel notes. I'd drink these in the next year or so.

Four French Wines To Ring It Out (Home): Full yellow with a touch of amber. Faint caramel and bitter citrus. Full bodied, moderately yeasty, some toast and the early appearance of secondary, mature Champagne notes. Probably in an optimal drinking window now.

Much as before in every respect-full color and body, yeast and caramel, moderate dosage. Seems fully mature. Good.
