Still fresh, maybe a little bit tired, a little bit thin, but I hasten to note that this assessment may be due to drinking stronger SBs over the decades, as is the style. Delicate with baked flounder (butter, lemon, crumbs) and before that spicy pork (ginger and more). Surprising freshness and beautiful nonpale color. Short nose. Anyone used to classic white bordeaux, much less anything SB from elsewhere, would find it wan. I found it charming, though not much more.

Gold yellow, the nose is almonds, bread some roasted fawours and mineral. round and persitent. Good but not perfect with grilled fish.
