Delicious, intense, balanced on opening. Maintained throughout our meal. A bit too dry for the chocolate pudding, not the wine’s fault. Very ready to enjoy now or in a few years.

On opening, wonderfully delicious. Except for the date, I would have thought it was younger. Great complex exemplar of Washington’s great Red blends, great claret style. Opens well. Delicious with a tomato and meatloaf casserole. I think this one is good for a few more years

Decanted for an hour+. At first, the wine was showing a lot of VA, but with air, that blew off and dark red berry fruit emerged. The wine just kept getting better the longer it sat in the decanter too. Paired with slow cooker chuck roast and mashed yukons (fantastic). Definitely in a sweet spot now, with stuffing to go another 5-10 years. Drink now - 2028+.

Delicious. A little closed at the start but as it warmed up it burst with flavor. Soft tannins and bright fruit. A real treat.
