  • The wine looks like a pinot -- pale red and transparent. Like a pinot the wine is fairly light bodied and acidic. The palate is dominated by fresh red cherry. A very nice mineral streak runs through the wine, and there's an interesting spicy bite on the midpalate. The finish is amazingly long for such a light-bodied wine. The wine is very dry and overall more enjoyable with food than by itself.
