  Decant 30min; ruby, subtle sous bois funk on nose; medium bodied, tart cranberry, lean without much improvement over 60 min; very nicely paired with corn souffle.

  SLDS December 2018: Cherry, redcurrant, ash and violets. High acidity on the palate clips the fruit, there is something to it but it isn't allowed to show through. May just need more time to mellow out, but I did think the same ~3 years ago and it hasn't changed a lot.

  Dunkles Rubinrot mit lila Reflexen
  Reife Kirschen,leicht pflaumig ,erdig,Rosinen,anfangs eingekocht.
  Dicht,konzentriert,gute Säure,samtig,leicht prägend,mittlerer Körper,gute Tiefe.
  Mit mehr Zeit nicht mehr eingekocht,pure Kirschfrucht,Orangen,Walderdbeeren,Veilchen ,leicht aetherisch.
  Runder,balancierter,mittellanger rotfruchtiger Abgang.
  Braucht viel Luft,kommt dann aber extrem auf und zeigt sich von einer sehr guten,fruchtigen,komplexen Seite.
