Chez Dalluge does Momofuko w/ Champagne, Whites, & Reine des Bois Vertical (Chez Dalluge, MN): Light golden color. Drank a glass over 90 minutes. Geez, i was just captivated by this. I love the Mandarin orange notes, orange zest, stone fruit, light gunflint, chalk and stellar minerality with this long, juicy and tangy, tangerine infused finish. I loved the contrast between this and the '14 Ramonet and had a hard time choosing a favorite. Fun one Craig, and great flight.

Opened at home and poured a good size glass for a slow-oxed 2hrs prior to taking over to my buddy Dave's for wine & food dinner. This was in a very good place tonight. Fully resolved and layered w/o tripping over to pre-mox. Started out with a little edgy oak that soon dissipated in glass. The concentration & length are impressive. Excellent Puligny power, citrus & minerality. Last of 3 btls. I wouldn't wait if I owned more. Mature translucent gold appropriate for nearing 13yrs old.

Dinner at D Cuisine (Chicago, IL): Very sappy, and for the most part, showing a lot of slightly cooked orchard fruit. It's not premox but I could potentially see it going that way. On the other hand, I really do like the concentration of fruit here (apples and pears), though I wish this may have had a little more freshness and acidic zing.
