Clear light straw with a nose of light pear & kiwi. Dry, clean and crisp, tart mineral with a bit of lemon, lovely stuff. My wife likes it, making headway over pinot gris.

Crystal clear with a light citrus nose. Dry with some lemon and musky melon, crisp fruit with flinty mineral true to the Muscadet of the Loire, need some oysters to complete the package. Lovely with a balance toward the acid and may live forever.

Dulcie and I do not agree on this wine; which meant I ended up drinking most of it, which did not bother me one bit. Perhaps at five years it is beyond its best, still it packs a wallop. Not a wine for those that like soft wines that kiss the palate. Despite the almost lack of color, there is immense attack, minerality and a saline quality. No subtlety here but bracing and a heck of a decent price.

Huge acid yet rounded on the palate. Lots of tropical fruit with lime and lemongrass. Hints of apple come out with some sort and even a hint of caramel. Deliciousness.

Nice juice. Nearly identical to the previous note with the addition of a plain custard or yogurt flavor mid palate. Super crisp and paired with a ridiculous Indian fish stew. Great wine and a better guy that made it.
